The afternnoon unfolded quietly at Georgianna’s Cozy Reading Nook — soft lamplight, cushions in warm colors, and the faint rustle of pages waiting to be shared.
Outside, autumn pressed its breath against the windows; inside, voices blended with the sound of turning leaves.
We spoke about The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, tracing shadows and strength through every chapter. Some found courage in Lisbeth’s silence, others in her fire. It was a conversation that lingered — sharp in thought, but wrapped in calm.
Two new readers joined our circle this time — Cary and Aviannie — and somehow it felt as if they had always been part of it. The rhythm between us shifted, gently, like a story finding its new chapter.
By the end, the table had turned into a small sea of books, tea cups half empty, and the promise of another story already waiting.
Next month, we’ll meet again — Thursday, November 27th at 2 AM SLT — for our Pyjama Edition, reading The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
Soft fabric, late hours, shared stories.
Cats Hollow at its coziest.
