Another week has flown by before I even had a chance to catch my breath.
One of the highlights this week was finally getting hold of a parcel I had been waiting for for quite some time. It’s located right along the main road and makes a perfect addition to Cats Hollow. I bought it immediately and have been busy redesigning the area to better connect our Wedding Venue and my Mainstore with the street. Anyone who knows me knows that I tend to lose all sense of time when I’m building. Luckily, I have an amazing husband by my side who occasionally surprises me with a flying coffee delivery and keeps me company while I work.
Our days are long and filled with work, both in real life and in Cats Hollow. Most evenings are wonderfully simple. Hubby cooks dinner while we linger in the kitchen, enjoying our meal together with a glass of wine. Usually, one of the children calls for us before long, and our quiet moments as a couple come to an end. At least for a little while.
By now we’ve settled into a lovely evening routine. While I’m feeding Henry and patiently waiting for that much-anticipated burp, it’s family playtime. Dad keeps the girls entertained while I focus on our little boy. Everything is gradually falling into place, and this has become my favorite part of the day.
Once everyone is asleep and the house finally grows quiet, we sometimes even manage to sneak into the hot tub together—now blissfully free of rubber ducks and baby bath toys.
The outfit I featured for Avagirl on my blog this week quickly became one of my favorites, and I ended up wearing it for most of the week, including while taking photos of Cats Hollow’s newest neighborhood, Cats Hollow Heights. You’ll be able to read more about that in my next Cats Hollow blog post.
I also loved that Ava stopped by the construction site in Cats Hollow Heights for a little chat. Already fully embracing the Fourth of July spirit, she looked so festive that I simply had to take a photo.
Meanwhile, Liv once again enjoyed spending time with Aunt Georgie. The two of them went on a little shopping trip together this week, and judging by the smiles, they both had a wonderful time.
To round off the week, I stopped by Lady Millie Whiskerblow for my daily oracle reading. I have to admit, it told me exactly what I had expected. In case you wanna try out and get your own Lady Whiskerblow Wisdom of the Day: https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Trabushkja/162/42/23 ❤️
Until next week!
