A Sunday Evening in Cats Hollow – Family Moments with Liv
Sometimes it’s the little moments that become the most precious memories – and this one Sunday evening at home in Cats Hollow was exactly that.
Rain had softly tapped against the windows that afternoon, and the scent of fresh coffee and warm wood still lingered in the air as Michael and I settled down on the blanket in our living room with Liv. It was one of those Sundays where the world outside feels like it’s standing still – and all that matters is the little world you’ve built together.
Liv sat curiously between us, her pacifier smile lighting up her face, and her tiny fingers reaching for anything colorful or shiny. Michael was still wrapped in his cozy robe, hair tousled, his smile calm – just how he is when he’s fully immersed in being a dad. I was wearing my favorite hoodie – the one that cheekily says “live, laugh, lobotomy” – a little nod to the beautifully chaotic reality of parenthood.
We didn’t talk much. We didn’t need to. The warmth in the room, Liv’s happy babbling, and the golden light coming through the large windows said it all. Between baby giggles and cuddles, these photos were taken – just the three of us, together and happy.
Cats Hollow isn’t just a place for us – it’s home. And on evenings like this, it feels like a tiny piece of paradise. Maybe a bit wild, sometimes chaotic, but always full of love.
Thank you for sharing this little moment with us. 💛
With love,
Annie
