Not as a grand statement, but as a soft breath across the land — the kind that changes everything without trying.
I spent an afternoon reshaping a part of the Art Plaza in Cats Hollow, just to make space for them — these trees that seem to breathe their own stories. Their trunks carry the kind of texture that light loves to linger on, their leaves move like whispers in a language older than sound.
It inspired me to playing with the environments and when they shifts, they come alive in ways I didn’t expect. A soft gold here, a pale silver there — every tone of the sky reflected back through their branches. And suddenly, the whole landscape feels deeper, quieter, more complete.
It’s amazing and strange how a few trees can do that — make the world feel finished.
But these do.
They don’t just fill the space; they transform it.
And if you listen long enough, you might almost believe they’ve been here forever.
