We are all very busy in the run-up to Christmas …
Of course, the RL comes first, with a job, preparations for Christmas and one or two family commitments.
Then Cats Hollow has a new winter glow and the Advent calendar keeps me busy every day (not to mention the many calendars in my favourite shops that I try to raid every day …).
Nevertheless, yesterday we managed to take a little family trip to New Deer Island, where our little Liv sat on a carousel for the first time. Or rather lay on it, because I had her safely in my arms and it didn’t turn very quickly.
We strolled through the streets there and cuddled up on a bench in the midst of the Christmas atmosphere – I just love our trips. Even if you take it a bit slower with a baby.
In any case, this beautiful place is always worth a visit, especially in the run-up to Christmas.
